What we collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect: work email address, optional role/team size/provider preference (if provided), and referral source (UTM parameters and referring page). We also collect page views and usage metrics via analytics (described below). Model Meter SDK telemetry goes to the endpoint you configure — your application data does not reach us.

Analytics on this website

We use two analytics tools. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and performance — they are cookieless and collect no personal data. Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and conversions and only runs after you accept it in the consent banner (declining keeps you on cookieless measurement only). You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate this website:

Loops — stores waitlist and contact form submissions (email, optional details, referral source) and sends product emails
Google Analytics 4 — traffic and conversion analytics, consent-gated (Google LLC)
Vercel — hosting, deployment, cookieless analytics (Vercel Inc.)

How we use it

We use your contact information to send launch offers, product updates, and respond to inquiries. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

Data retention

Waitlist entries are retained until the hosted cloud launches or you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time via [CONTACT_EMAIL].
